  • Why do I see * signs instead of domain names?
    If you see * signs instead of domain names, that means that you are a free user. To remove * signs and be able to see all the information, please, resister and buy a subscription.
  • When I become a member, does my membership begin and run for the next 30 days or are memberships pro-rated to the calendar month?
    DomainTZ monthly memberships run for a 1-month period that begins when the membership account is activated. You will be billed on the day of each month which you signed up for an account. For example, if you became a DomainTZ member on July 4, you would be billed on the 4th day of each month thereafter. If the initial recurring payment falls on the 31st, we eventually adjusts the billing cycle to the 1st of the month. If the initial recurring payment falls on the 29th or 30th, we adjusts the billing cycle to the 1st of the month on the following February.
  • Will DomainTZ automatically renew my membership when my account expires?
    Yes, as stated in the terms and conditions of your DomainTZ membership contract, your membership will be automatically renewed unless you contact DomainTZ support and request otherwise. You account may also be canceled if your method of payment becomes invalid.
  • I forgot my password, what do I do?
    If you forget your DomainTZ password, simply click the 'forgotten password' link, located on the DomainTZ login page. Input the email address associated with your DomainTZ account and a new password will be sent to the email address provided.
  • I no longer wish to have a DomainTZ account, would you please delete it from your system?
    We do not delete member accounts from the system simply in order to ensure an email address is not used more than once to create an account.
