Only refunds requested within 7 days of purchase will be considered. Please contact DomainTZ support to organise the request.

Before contacting DomainTZ you will need:

  • Your billing information (name, transaction ID, etc);
  • Your Email;
  • Detailed and grounded reasons why you apply for a refund.

Please make sure your request does not contradict our Terms and Conditions.

Your request will typically be processed within 7 days of receipt of this claim. The refund for the net price of your claim will be processed through the same method as the original payment.
